Being in possession of referenced “at a glance” key occupancy agreement data is of paramount importance in the dynamic world in which we work and Occupancy Agreements are notoriously difficult to read and can sometimes be even more difficult to interpret as a result of legal language used in the drafting of such documentation.  


It is crucial therefore to ensure that you are in possession of accurate, summarised key information to assist in strategic estates planning.  As rationalisation is being considered in order to save money, it is important to have a clear understanding of your liabilities including the likes of Reinstatement / Dilapidations or any penalties or conditions associated to breaks.
